The resort of Porto Colom is located on the southeastern coast of Mallorca. The main feature of the town is the large natural harbour, which is home to a number of small fishing boats and an increasing number of private yachts.

Porto Colom is one of the few villages in Mallorca that have retained part of the fishing-village charm. On one side along the harbour promenade is small fishing boats, and on the other hand, some of Mallorca's best and most picturesque restaurants. A little further inland is Felantrix with its market and many shops.
