Santa Ponsa is only about 15 minutes drive southwest of Palma. It is a busy area all year round and is therefore suitable both for families who want a second home as an investment. A new shopping and restaurant area has been constructed along the harbour, in a similar way as in Puerto Portals. The area around Port Adriano is currently a great investment for the future close to golf, marina and beach.
