Penthouse renovation in Santa Catalina
A smart layout and organic materials redefine this luminous duplex apartment, located on the top two floors of an 1866 building in trendy Santa Catalina.
Oak-plank floors with a rich, tung-oil finish bring warmth to the gut-renovated interior, configured to capture all available light. The lower-level living space has a bright living room with a new modern Siematic kitchen. Traditional Mallorca details are incorporated within the renovation like the characteristic patterned blue tile floor along the kitchen and the artisan hand blown glass lights above the table.
