03 Mare Mostra Ocean International Film Festival is the reference film event of the Balearic Islands. The cooperation of the Public Administration, the media, the public and private sponsors like Mallorcafastigheter are all involved and committed to this event.
This nonprofit festival starts from the 26th to the 31st of May. It brings us the best water films and it is a wakeup call to make us realize how fragile our environment really is and how much impact our actions make.
Sweden is the guest country this year and the Swedish ambassador in Spain, Cecilia Julin, is invited. We will be able to enjoy excellent Swedish films such as Avalon from Axel Petersén; The Ice Dragon by Martin Högdahl; Call girl by Mikael Marcimai; Behind the blue skies by Hannes Holm and the documentaryThe Pirate Bay, away from keyboard by Simon Klose.
