It is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, and offers a fantastic sea view where you have the sea just in front of you. The apartment has a living area of 45 m2 and consists of a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room in an open plan and a lovely terrace of 10m2. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the sea.

In the building there is a restaurant with a lovely pool area that can be used if you want to eat something in the restaurant or the bar. Since the apartment is right next to the sea you can choose between rocks or a sandy beach just below.
