Wonderful penthouse in Old Town

At the top of a building from the 1930s, we find this charming gem that in 2022 underwent a careful renovation under the direction of the renowned decorator Nicole Champagnol. The building has only three neighbors and the whole apartment breathes older charm and many beautiful original details have been preserved in a sophisticated way.

You are welcomed by a small hall where there is space for hanging coats and jackets. From there you reach the guest toilet.

Straight ahead you enter the combined kitchen and living room. Here we find the wood-burning stove that heats the whole apartment during cold winter evenings. Behind the kitchen we find the bathroom, which is beautifully decorated in white and black tones.

From the living room, you can open the large glass door to the spacious roof terrace. The terrace has plenty of space for socializing with both a dining area and a lounge area.

Both bedrooms have room for a double bed and have built-in wardrobes. This residence arouses desire and we really recommend a visit!
