Nassau Beach Club is a place with exquisite Mediterranean delicacies and wonderful music in combination with complete harmonious atmosphere from the water, the soothing rays of the sun, the fine sand under your feet and the magnificent sunset with a view of the nearby cathedral. Nassau Beach Club is located in the trendy area of Portixol, just east of Palma city centre.

The décor, known as ‘Feel the Elements’ leaves no doubts about the style and quality of the venue. There is wood of all types, shades and shapes, and full-length windows to enhance the spectacular views of the Palma cathedral on one side and the picturesque harbour of Portixol on the other. On the beach side, there’s a rocky pier that fades into the sea.

The restaurant has a sophisticated indoor dining area, a terrace with lovely sea views and an outdoor unit directly on the beach. The decor is very stylish with wooden and large elegant windows. The restaurant has seating for about 90 people indoors and 80 people outdoors.

Il Chiringo is a beach club and a bit of an institution for many of the locals and regular visitors to Mallorca. It is located on one of the beaches of Palma Nova and has a relaxed and cool environment. The exclusive beach club the southwest of Mallorca

The Gran Folies Beach Club offers an excellent outdoor location by the sea with views over one of the best bays in Mallorca with clear waters and high cliffs by the start of the Tramuntana mountain range.

A night to remember in Mallorca

All hell breaks loose on the 23rd of June with large bonfires and fireworks displays in the Parc de la Mar, in front of the Cathedral in Palma.

It’s an old tradition signifying rebirth to welcome the summer and get rid of all the bad things in the world. This is originally a pagan tradition with a celebration of the summer solstice, with the lit bonfires that signify purification. This tradition is now connected with the feast of San Joan, on the 24th June.

It’s an extraordinary experience, with lots of demons on the loose, with pyrotechnical units and gunpowder. If you visit the festival, remember the safety code which the organisers recommend – cover as much of your body’s surface with cotton clothing, remember that sparks can damage your specs and camera lens, don’t touch any fireworks, don’t smoke near the enormous barrels of gunpowder, and keep well back. But have lots of fun!

An extraordinary fish and seafood restaurant

La Parada Del Mar is a cross between a fishmongers and café. It is a a place where the dining experience of
fish or seafood is different. Before you sit down at your table you pick your freshly caught selection from the large counter.

You select and create your own dish as there is no set menu. The dishes have fantastic value as you pay by the weight. While you relax and order your drink, they cook your meal. Grilled or fried with some lemon on the side, simply delicious.

The restaurant is located close to the popular area Cala Major and near to the Joan Miró Museum and opposite to Marivent, the summer residence of the Spanish king Juan Carlos.
