Although the tough Spanish crisis with a high number of unemployment and a difficult economic situation. The real estate market in Mallorca do not hit as hard as on the mainland. We’ve been busy during the high season, with viewings and new clients. Our clientele is mainly from Scandinavia, majority from Sweden and that was the main reason why the news channel IB3, contacted us. They wanted to do short reportage about us, which we thought was fun.

IB3 is a Mallorcan TV-channel with daily local news in Mallorca.

Traditional Christmas Market in Mallorca

The winter have already reached many European countries, it might be easier to get the Christmas feeling when it gets colder and darker. We who live in the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, are very happy and grateful that we have the Swedish church, who every year arranges the traditional Swedish Christmas market. Here we can enjoy a weekend full of Christmas spirit, Welcome!

Christmas celebration with sandy shoes

Now it’s time to prepare ourself for Christmas and New Year.
Team mallorcaresidencia took some fun pictures to our Christmas card -2013.
We went to the beach in Portixol and it was a very sunny day! Fun was that so many people stopped to grab a picture of our beautiful Christmas tree. We thank Portixol for a wonderful morning next to the crystal blue sea where people still happily bathed.
